December 2017
To celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday I took a road trip across half of Canada. Then I chose a couple of my favourite photos to became my 'Canada 150 Series'.
These pieces are available for purchase. Please contact me for inquiries.

October 2017
I was invited to make some leaves for the set of Girl in a Gold Fish Bowl at the local Langham Court Theatre. It was something quite different for me to sew, and, bonus, I enjoyed the production!

September 2017
I am now supplying items to the gift shops of the Sooke Region Museum and the Salish Sea Market!

July 2017
Once again I have the honour of being juried into the Sooke Fine Arts Show. This time "The Legislature" will be on display. And I will give a demo to show how I use fabric and thread to paint a picture using a photo as the starting point.

March 2017
Working on translating a photo I took of the Legislature at night into fabric. First step: I took the photo. Second step: I drew the image and indicated where to have light, medium and dark values. Last step: the fabric piece with lots of thread painting.

February 2017
